Shower Fizzies, Shower Steamers, Shower Bombs. What's The Difference?

What are Shower Melts, Shower Steamers, and Shower Bombs?

Shower fizzies, shower bombs and shower steamers are like bath bombs however they are used in your shower. They're great for when you don't have enough time to take a long bath or if you live in an apartment without a bath. You can still enjoy a luxury aromatherapy experience with the use of shower steamers.

What's the Difference between a Shower Melt, Shower Steamer, and a Shower Bomb?

These are different terms referring to same thing. Shower steamers, shower bombs, and shower melts serve the same purpose, to deliver luxurious aromas in the shower to relax body and mind.

I often get asked if shower steamers can be used in one's bath tub just like a bath bomb and the answer is 'no'

Shower steamers contain a much higher concentration of essentials oils than bath bombs do so that the aroma can be diffused in the shower easily and you can experience the aromatherapy benefits of essential oils.. If your skin is exposed to such high amounts of essential oils for an extended period of time (like when soaking in a bath tub) you may experience skin irritation. Stick to bath bombs for your bath and shower steamers for your shower.

How do I use a shower steamer?

Place the shower steamer on your shower floor, or shower ledge where small amounts of water can touch the steamer. As your shower water warms up, you'll notice the shower steam diffusing the essential oils from the steamer into the air. All you have to do is relax and breathe in the aromatherapy goodness.
