Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS (First Class, Priority) or FedEx.  We try our best to ship orders within 3-5 business days after you place your order. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. domestic orders over $100.

We do not offer free shipping to Canada at the moment.

Thulisa Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been fulfilled, delivered to the mail carrier or if a package is marked ‘Delivered’ or are 'awaiting pickup' by the carrier.

Tracking will be provided for all orders, and you will be sent an email once your order is shipped.

If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you and whip it up fresh, which will lead to a shipping delay.  During busy times, orders may take as long as 5 business days to ship.

*If there are any extended shipping delays we will post a notification on our Home Page.

**Please note that once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

The postal service doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

 

Returns

Products will be refunded if they are returned within 10 days of purchase and are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, and especially in light of COVID19, Thulisa Naturals does not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness. If you experience any issues with your purchase (i.e., if a product arrives damaged), please reach out to us at info@thulisanaturals.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

*Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. 

**We are a boutique maker and make our products in small batches, by hand using natural ingredients. Due to this process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
