We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Products will be refunded if they are returned within 10 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or gift receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective):
Final sale or clearance items.
Items damaged by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
3. Process
Contact us at info@thulisanaturals.com before sending anything back.
We will provide instructions for return shipping.
Once received and inspected, we will issue:
A replacement (exchange), OR
A refund to your original payment method, OR
A store credit, depending on your request.
4. Shipping Costs
Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges however, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or damaged packages: We recommend using a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for lost inbound packages.
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear.
7. Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., California Consumer Rights, Canadian consumer protection, EU rights).

Tracking will be provided for all orders, and you will be sent an email once your order is shipped.
If an item ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and whip it up fresh, which will lead to a shipping delay. During busy times, orders may take as long as 5 business days to ship.

**Please note that once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
The postal service doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

*Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
**We are a boutique maker and make our products in small batches, by hand using natural ingredients. Due to this process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items and discounts cannot be refunded.
