Shipping + Returns
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS (First Class, Priority) or FedEx. We try our best to ship orders within three business days after you place your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Thulisa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked ‘Delivered’ by the carrier.
Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is shipped.
If an item ordered is out of stock we will notify you and whip it up fresh which will lead to a shipping delay. During busy times orders may take as long as 5 business days to ship.

**Please note that once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
The postal service doesn’t operate over the weekend or public holidays. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

Products will be refunded if they are returned within 30 days of purchase and are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

*Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
**We are a boutique maker and make our products in small batches, by hand using natural ingredients. Due to this process, variations in color, size and shape will occur.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
