We are proud to say we do! All Thulisa Naturals products do not contain phthalates, parabens, formaldehyde, preservatives, isopropyl alcohol, talc, PEGs, mineral oil, propylene glycols, sodium lauryl sulfate, triclosan or petroleum.
We love animals so much that we would never test our products on them! We happily test every product on family and friends. Never on animals. Almost all of our products are vegan except for our lip balms.
Body butters, body scrubs, shower steamers, and foaming fizzy bars should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Between uses, soaps should be stored in a soap dish away from water.
While there are some essential oils that are safe to use during pregnancy. We recommend you consult your healthcare provider before using our products.
The shelf life of our body butter and scrub is 12 months. The shelf life of our shower steamers are 9 months and foaming fizzy bars are 6 months. To keep your products fresh we recommend storing it in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
Our body butter is made to melt easily into your skin, this happens because the natural butters and oils used are sensitive to heat. Your body butter is still safe to use and there's no change in the nourishment it will provide to your skin. Place the jar in a bowl of hot water and let the body butter melt completely, stir it and then place it in the fridge to cool down and solidify. Your body butter is back and ready to use!
Place one steamer on the shower floor, where small amounts of water can touch the steamer (at the edge of the stream of water). The shower steamer will gently fizz and mingle with the steam in your shower while releasing spa- inspired scents and inhale the aromatherapy goodness.
Break a piece of the foaming fizzy bar, gently placing it on the bottom of the empty bathtub. As you’re doing this, visualize an intention for your ritual. How do you want to feel? Start tapping your warm bath water and let it run directly over the bar. Watch as it foams, and focus on the scent filling the bathroom and the water swirling against your skin.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS (First Class, Priority) or FedEx. We aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days after you place your order.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on U.S. domestic orders over $100.
We do not offer free shipping to Canada at the moment.
No, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Refunds
Products will be refunded if they are returned within 10 days of purchase and are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, and especially in light of COVID19, Thulisa Naturals does not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness. If you experience any issues with your purchase (i.e., if a product arrives damaged), please reach out to us at info@thulisanaturals.com within 10 days of receiving your order.Â
