Use warm, not hot, water to avoid magnesium loss and promote absorption - sweating decreases the body’s ability to absorb it. Soak for at least 20-30 minutes. For best results, use 2-3 times a week. Store magnesium chloride flakes in a cool, dry place to prevent clumping and retain efficacy.
